Future Developments

Chateau De Vie (Mogale City)

Chateau De Vie was the first township to be proclaimed from the Early Dawn Guest Farm acquisition. It consists of 52 stands (residential 1) on 5ha of land. Stand sizes ranged from 500sqm – 900sqm.

Summerville (Mogale City)

Summerville was the second township to be proclaimed from the Early Dawn Guest Farm acquisition. It consists of 99 sectional title units (Residential 3) on 3ha of land. There are 6 different unit types, each with their own privately walled garden. Completed in July 2007, it also boasted a clubhouse with a swimming pool and braai facilities.

Oudebosch (Broadacres Ext 12)

The agricultural land was acquired in September 2004. The development consists of 40 full title stands. The development was launched in March 2007. Construction commenced January 2008.

Copperleaf Estate (Centurion)

Two stands were acquired at Copperleaf Golf Estate, near Centurion where construction was completed on stand 520 in August 2014 and on stand 626 in January 2015.

The Stables – Candlewood Estate (Centurion)

This property was bought in July 2013 with 24 semi-finished units and a vacant portion of 1.2ha. The vacant land was developed with 35 units and was completed in November 2014. All units were sold out within a couple of months.

The Waterclub (R21 / N1)

This unique 5 block and 3 storey development was completed in November 2014.

Valriche Estate – Phase 1 (Broadacres Ext 32)

The land was rezoned for 52 freehold units. This prime development was launched during March 2013. Valriche Estate attracted huge interest as the product offered the best value for money in the area.

Valriche Estate – Phase 2 (Broadacres Ext 41)

The land was rezoned for 48 freehold units. This prime 2nd phase of the highly successful Valriche Estate was launched during March 2015. This phase was launched, built and sold out within 12 months.

Pinehaven (Mogale City)

Approval has been granted by Mogale City Local Municipality for 321 (Residential 3) units on 8.5ha land (opposite Silverstar Casino). The infrastructure is in place via collective agreements signed between developers.Construction to commence middle 2017.

Unitas Park (Vereeniging)

Unitas Park will be an affordable housing project in Vereeniging.  It will consist of 450 units. Construction is to commence within 24 months pending top structure finance.

Forest Walk (Celtisdal)

It will consist of 126 units (Residential 3) on 1.68ha. This property is well located in Celtisdal with all amenities close by. Construction to commence within 24 months.

The Vines (Rooihuiskraal)

This project in ever expanding Rooihuiskraal will consist of 84 units on 1.97ha land. Construction to commence within 24 months.

Farm Olievenhoutbosch Ptn. 15

This project will consist of 540 units (Residential 3) on 8.57ha. This land is part of the greater Centurion expansion scheme with major developments and shopping centre’s being developed all around the area. It is within 5km of all amenities. Construction to commence within 36 months.


A fresh direction with Commercial prospects on the books for this project on a stand of 1.78ha. With the N14 1.5km away and all amenities within 2km, this is another future vision we have.
